Do you want to register yourself and are of legal age

1. Please complete all fields in this form with your details.
2. Afterwards, you can register for a course by selecting your name in the Select player field.

Do you want to register your children

1. Please enter the details of the parent (legal guardian) in this form.
2. Then create a sub-contact for each of your children with their complete details. For Swiss citizens, the AHV number is required. You can find it on the child’s health insurance card.
3. Afterwards, you can register your child(ren) for a course by selecting their name in the Select player field.

This ensures that all information is correctly assigned and, for example, invoices or messages are sent to the right person.
